The TIS 280 is packed with features at a very affordable price which includes resistance up to 40M ohm, auto-ranging, bar graph display, 4000 count display, capacitance to 4000uF, frequency to 10MHz, temperature -20C to 1000C, Cat IV 600V, non-contact voltage detector, full overload protection, rel- function, max/min function, auto power off, back lit display. All this in a rugged rubberised double injection moulded case with a built-in stand.
